Methods of payment
The invoice total can be paid optionally per advance payment, credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express), and cash on delivery or per PayPal. Further details (for example payment time point) will be presented to you upon selection of the relevant method of payment.
Delivery times

Package shipping capable goods must be returned at our risk. Goods which are not packaging shipping capable will be collected directly from you. Obligations for repayment of payments must be complied with within 30 days following the posting of your declaration of cancellation.
You are responsible for payment of return shipping costs, if the delivered goods complied with those ordered and if the price of goods to be returned do not exceed a purchase price of Euro 40 or for a higher price for the goods you have not made a quid pro quo payment or a contractually agreed installment payment at the point in time of cancellation of contract. The right to cancellation does not exist for:
Goods, which have been specifically manufactured for the customer or have been obviously tailor made to his/her specifications or due to their condition are not suitable for return transportation or are quickly perishable goods or their expiry date has been exceeded,
- Audio or video recordings or software, in-so-far as the delivered data carrier has been removed from its packaging,
- Newspapers, periodicals and glossy magazines.
Guarantee
Guarantee services are implemented according to the legal requirements, whereby for any case of defects to the goods we will, according to your choice repair or replace the goods. If the repairs are unsuccessful or if the replaced goods are also defective, then you may return the goods against reimbursement of the full purchase price or retain the goods against a lowering of the purchase price.
